About Us This Page:
The Pensacola District is one of eight districts comprising the The United Methodist Church's Alabama-West Florida Conference. Within our District are sugar-white beaches, emerald Gulf waters, fruited plains, and half a dozen military communities. There are 53 United Methodist Churches in the Pensacola District, with more than 33,500 members, in an area which includes Escambia, Santa Rosa, and Okaloosa Counties in Florida and a small slice of Baldwin County in Alabama. True to biblical mandate and denominational priority, we are committed to proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ; discipling residents, tourists, and snowbirds alike; establishing new congregations; and nurturing exisiting ones.

United Methodist Churches of the Pensacola DistrictFor details about a local church listed below, please click on the name of the church. This will direct you to a Church Locator Page that is integrated with the Alabama-West Florida Conference database system. This system provides the most current data available regarding mailing address, phone and fax numbers, worship times, maps, e-mail address, pastors of the church, and more.
In the section below, "location" is not necessarily the same as "mailing address." Some locations may not have mail service. For MAILING address click on the name of the church.
For correction of local church information provided by the links in the section below, please contact the individual local church. Senior pastors of the Alabama-West Florida Conference are authorized access to the Conference database system to report and update data that pertains to their appointed church. When a church enters information into the database system this automatically updates the Alabama-West Florida Conference website and, thus, these links.

District Stewardship 2001-2009:
A Comparative Look at Membership, Professions of Faith, and Connectional Giving
*District churches may annually audit their membership roll. This sometimes results in correction of roll figures or a list of inactive members who are contacted by the church and encouraged to rejoin fellowship. After appropriate time and efforts as outlined by the Book of Discipline, names may be removed from the roll by the Charge Conference. Number of members on the professing membership roll effects amount of Connectional Mission Giving expected.
