The Local Church Year-end Statistical Report

Deadline: January 31, 2012

If you need your log-in username or password please contact the AWF Conference at (888) 873-3127 or the Pensacola District Office, (850) 434-0118.
If no one changed it last year, it should be the same as your AWFC database login.

Note:
There are two new questions:  Line 51 asks for the total amount the church paid for clergy pension (Direct Bill), and line 52 asks for the total amount the church paid for clergy health benefits. The words "church paid" are key here. If a church deducts the benefit from the pastor's salary, do not report it, as it would then be considered paid by the pastor.
 
* The statistical report is completed by logging into the GCFA Statistical Input System. Links to the log-in will also be provided at awfumc.org and gcfa.org.

Ministry Reflection Report - Wrong Years Printed

(AWFC Office, Montgomery) "Please be aware that when a church/pastor prints off the "Ministry Reflection Form" that lists the Measureable Characteristics Worksheet, the years list 2006-2010 instead of 2007-2011.  This is an oversight on our part and will be fixed next time around. The figures are 2007-2011, so the church/pastor should not worry." 

Pensacola District Webmaster's Suggestion:  Put a sticky note about this on your filed copy of the report, so that if you refer to the report later you won't be confused and use incorrect information!
